HUGH MUNTZ PARK

Public BBQ

Hugh Muntz Park is an ideal spot for overnight stays. It's a small but well-maintained area equipped with toilets, potable water, and a dump point. However, the water tap isn't hose-friendly. The park is conveniently located next to a shopping centre, perfect for replenishing supplies. The park is usually bustling by nightfall, so it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot. Some have found it noisy due to its proximity to the highway. A warden visits daily to enforce a 3-night stay per 30 days policy. Although the park is close to traffic, it also offers scenic riverside walks. It's worth noting that the area can get quite crowded, with some visitors taking up more space than necessary.
